Cheapest Way to Transfer Money Cambodia <=> Malaysia

Hello everyone,

I am urgently looking for a cheapest way to transfer money from Cambodia to Malaysia at the cost as low as possible. Would you mind recommending me an option?

Cambodia is regimented.
Easiest way is Western Union.
Then you have to fork out the hefty fee.
Cambodia unlike Malaysia which have many licensed money changers.
Which are known to provide TT fees cheap.
Safest way is bring it on your own.

@Ash Burn: Thank you for your sharing. Before receiving any response here, I managed to find myself a cheap way, IME Remit, by which I could transfer the money of around 230USD into the bank account of my recipient in Malaysia at the cost of 8USD only. And the money was received in full with no receiving fee.
