How can I get a job in IT consultancy in Helsinki ?

Hello,

I want to know how is the job market in Finland for IT consultant, such as solution consultant (ERP, SCM, procurement solutions, CRM...) requiring business knowledge and some technical skills.

Is it hard to get a job as a foreigner (without Finnish skills), with 2/3 year's experience in EU country ?

what's about the balance between job offers and job seekers ?
