Question about a working visa

Hello,
I would like to ask you if it is a necessary condition to have a related education for obtaining a working visa on Mauritius. I mean, the condition from the government, not from the company. I think the employer mostly doesn't care about what university do you have but what you can do.

I'm talking about the IT sector, programming.

Dear Mark

If you get employment in Mauritius than your employer will take care of your your work permit here for the contract period of employment. Employer has to obtain permission from government before recruiting any Expat. So if you are employed already, please check with your employer.
