Congrats on your new job here. Welcome to Singapore.

What do you mean by detail information about rent? This is not a property site. Your mail doesn’t have head and tail of your requirements.

Next time construct a mail in a proper way, like how many family members, which area, any Budget slab, location, type of house etc.

Did you visit our previous information in this forum? We had mentioned couple of times about average rental price and other details.

6.5k will let you stay comfortably in Singapore including housing needs. You have the option of renting condos or HDBs. You could look up information on housing portals such as SRX, google or 99.co.

When you posted ''Please provide detail information on rents.'' what would you be expecting? Who are the people you are expecting to reply you? Your sentence implies that people should fall in line to provide you information base on your likes.

Singapore welcomes you since they issued you an employment pass and we hope you manage your expectations and therefore able to enjoy your stay while working here.
Last thing people (foreigners and locals) want is for a foreigner to behave snobbishly and look down on others, we have many cases of these expats reported on Singapore news. Example is one expat who shouted at local Singaporean condo security guard because this expat bought a '1.5million dollars' condo and look down on people who stay in HDBs, but refuses to pay for a sgd10 parking fee.

Sure many expats do not wish to have any black sheep :D
