Translator required in Saigon! English/Vietnamese

Hello,

I was recommended to use this site, so I am really hoping someone can help!

My passport was stolen and need to make a police report. However the police station have turned me away twice as I didn't have a translator there in person (the second time I had one on the phone).

I have tried contracting translators online, but to no avail. Can any one recommend somebody/or a service?!
