1- I need to know more about the validation process of a medical degree obtained from outside Brazil.
I learned about the (Revalida) exam but I need more details about it and links to previous exams if available.
2- If the applying doctor is already a specialist (has a board certification in certain speciality), what will be the process of validation?

You will have to take an exam, just as you might elsewhere.
That means, you will need to master the language as well.
