BLACKLISTED IN SAUDI COUNCIL

Like in most places around the world (I think), there are likely to be consequences for using counterfeit/fake documents.

Hi ,I was working as a nurse in Riyadh before for 3 and half months.

and then i was resign and came back to Indonesia to my Hometown to taking care of my father because he’s sick.

and after he’s passed away ,I’m applied again to KSA in another clinic.

And I was going back again to KSA at  this July 12.

And when I’m arrived in KSA I’m cant pass the imigration ,then they restricted me in a locked room.

after a day ,they deported me with the reason that I am blacklisted.

because they said that my name is still under my previous company.

and when I’m deported ,when I’m arrive in jakarta they ask me to pay 4359SAR for the air ticket being deported.

is there any way to solved all that problem?

@dataserve i have some problem regarding in saudi council i upload fake documents because my engr before telling me i will send you to your home if you dont have a certificate so that i submitted fake document

Ny iqama also 1 year expired now because of saudi council now i have to go to jawazat to take all my document for assesting if its fake

What should i do

Provide correct documents or leave the country.

@dataserve I've been in saudi in 2010. Did not do prometric. Worked for 4 months as a nurse. Went on vacation and did not return. Do you think I'm blacklisted.

Hi maryam, i just wanna share my case. I went to KSA way back 2009, i failed my first take on prometric and wasn't able to retake until i finished my contract and went back to Philippines, then i decided to take the prometric exam here in the Phil. Luckily i passed the exam  as Nurse Technician and tried my luck again year 2014. When it's time to process my license in Saudi Council, they told me that i am already blacklisted coz i didn't retake my exam. I should have retake or went home to phil after i failed instead of waiting for 2 years  to end my contract without a saudi license. But i was still able to work for 4 years in Riyadh and went home year 2017. Now i am considering to Retake the Saudi Prometric but Nurse Specialist. Will they be able to track my old record? Can you tell me your insight about my case. Thank you in advance.

Yes, they can track your old record.

It's solvable but highly expensive.

You should not blacklisted.

just open your mumaris account, it will show everything.

But I dont have a mumaris account, is it easy to make a mumaris account?

If you are classified and previously registered already, no need to make any account in mumaris plus.

It cam be retrieved. I can do it free of charge.

Hi, can I ask for your advise sir. What If there is discrepancy in dataflow report (COE), Is it safe If I work again in Saudi with new COE but verified?

hi ma'am, I would like to ask about my status, I process my data flow for Saudi while I'm here in Dubai, now my employer didn't recognize my COE so they didn't verify in short  , I know the results of my datflow will be negative, so I will be blacklisted forever in Saudi?. thank you so much.

Hello sir, i have a situation now. Im actively working as a company nurse for 4yrs now here in Saudi but my employer did not care to renew my saudi council. But prior to that, i was working as a dialysis nurse from 2014-2021 and able to secure my license the expiry was 2020. Now i want to transfer to another employer and upon checking my mumaris record they said that they cannot open or renew it. Is there anyway i can still renew my license now? Im desperate for your help sir. I need your valuable advice. They told me to go for exit and come back. But if theres just way to transfer employer only its better.
