Hello everyone,
Has anyone financed a property in santo Domingo that will be willing to give me advise?. I want to know what are odds of potentially financing a property for myself. Please pm me if you have anything you can share with me.
-Disabled veteran with a pension.
-Dominican born with Cedula.
-already own two properties in santo Domingo valued at $2.5mil pesos for collateral if needed.

Banks are willing to provide financing to those that prove their creditworthiness. Please note that interest rates in the DR are much higher than the US.
