Cost of building in Marrakech

Me and my wife are looking to buy some land in Marrakech to build a villa, can anyone advise on approximate building cost per square foot for a villa in Marrakech. We would be looking to build a 3 or 4 bed Villa 1000 to 1200 square foot.

I'm interested in this myself. Most Villas are at least 2500 sq ft. The size you want would be considered small house or small Villa. IMO, it shouldn't cost you more than $150,000 USD.

It depends on the requirements and style, anyway it's starting 150 USD PER SQUARE FOOT.
