Extension of visa

As per immigration rule, business visa can not be extended more than 3 months. However, suggest to approach immigration officer and show him documents. Normally on expiry of visa one must leave country and re-enter with valid visa.

If you are in Mauritius for long stay for your business then apply for Occupational permit, which will be valid for 4 years initially.

Again, where is it written that it is valid for 4 yrs?

Check with immigration office for extension of business visa.

I got 4 years residence permit against occupational permit. Check the rule with immigration please for more update.

An Occupation Permit is granted for a maximum period of three years, renewable thereafter, subject to satisfying the established criteria.
