Hi, i am moving to Jubail from the UK within 4 weeks time. I will be working around 1 hour drive away but i will base my family in the Jubail area.
The family (wife and 2 kids aged 2 and 4) will join me around September this year. I have a few general questions regarding on schooling and accommodation.
I am looking to be off compound and needed an overview of prices for houses/flats in various parts of Jubail. From my basic research, i see that prices in Industrial City area are higher however it appears to be affluent region however the downtown appears to be cheaper, what are the downsides of downtown? Also, whats schools/KG are available for the kids aged 2 and 4?
