Prototype of your Contract Package for your perusal and approval, and 
upon review and acceptance of this Contract Package, sign on the last

& TOURISM LLC. Send a scanned copy of the Acceptance(Last) Page to the 
travel agency for the acquisition of your work documents as indicated 
on your Employment contract attached.

Please furnish us with the following job documentation requirements 
for our records (scanned soft copies):

01. Copy of International Identity Card (/Passport/National
Certificate/Birth Certificate)

02. Copy academic Certificates.

03. Name,address & Telephone number of somebody to be contacted on
medical emergency.

04. 1 copy of colored passport size photo.

Original copies of serial 1 & 2 will have to be exhibited before the 
HR Department upon your arrival.

You are to sign and scan send a copy of the contract as sign of 
acceptance,also send a copy to the above mentioned Document processing 
company (FLYGULF TRAVELS & TOURISM LLC) for the acquisition of your 
Work and Resident Permit documents.

Note: Always update us with the process between you and the Travel 
Agency in case of advice where necessary, and ensure you provide them 
their requirements quickly for a fast processing of your work and 
resident permit document from their office.

Meanwhile, there will be a Mandatory Orientation/Training Exercise for 
all Newly Employed Staff which will take place within the Premises of 
PACIFIC HOSPITAL, ABU DHABI, and this Program will start 7 days on 
arrival for work sign-on.
