Business Visa and Processes

Hi guys, I just wanted to clarify and ask an assistance from everybody that knows my situation. My husband got an invitation letter from one of the company in Saudi Arabia. We have already his contract,invitation letter from saudi and the CR of the company that he will be working there. He is a South african guy and we are currently here in the Philippines. We dont know how to proceed. Must we go to Royal embassy in manila for visa stamping? Or we need to go through VFS Tasheel first and they will process everything? Tasheel ask me to prepare 75,000PHP or 1500USD for everything, is this a reasonable price? His not a Filipino, must he still undergo the same process as filipinos? By the way his visa is Business Visa- 6 months,multiple entry.

Please advise.. thank you so much and really appreciate your replies..

Once they've asked for cash, I'd be very careful to check out the company properly as there is a fair chance it's a scam

VSF Tasheel is an agency allowed to process visas for saudi arabia here in the Philippines..
