These scammers work by exploiting stupidity, and there's always a new customer for them.

Lack of proper interview and extremely quick positive decision to hire you should start alarm bells ringing.

An actual hiring process will take 3-4 weeks before immigration issues their approval.

Likewise, any job offers under RM 5, 000 per month have more steps before being approved so usually take longer

You're assuming people aren't greedier than they are intelligent.

There is no crime in people trying to better themselves and improve the financial security for their families.

Good intentions often lie behind risk taking and job scams aim at people who are just trying to get along in this world.

Please don't add insult to injury by accusing people who accidentally get involved in job scams of greed.

The company is named, there's a pile of very obvious evidence but someone asked if it was okay.
There are loads of these threads on other sections of this forum where potential victims ask first, the scam is busted with clear evidence posted, then some twit asks if it's legit.

There's no excuse for their greed taking over from common sense. It's not like it's just one thread, it's loads, sometimes 2 or 3 fools doing the post busting asking.

I sort of enjoy busting them, especially the less than obvious scams (and some are really well set up), but I've thought about stopping bothering because almost every thread ends up with a fool asking if it's a real job offer.
Seriously, they're too stupid to read a thread entitled "XXX company - Is this a real job?", sooner just posting an idiotic question AFTER the scam has been busted.
No wonder the scammers carry on, there are just way too many fools out there.

Yes, of course anyone is entitled, and very welcome, to ask for help if they're suspicious about a company, but asking a foolish question after it's been busted is inexcusable idiocy.

Not really - As I said, I've helped bust a lot of these for posters, and I don't knock the OPs for asking - I do knock the fools that ask on a thread to ask about an already busted company.

The thread is there, the evidence clear, links to prove it posted, then some twit asks if the company is legit - they're the fools I have no time for.
I stopped answering then a while ago because they're a waste of time.

Not hateful, just helpful, but I have no time for fools that don't ignore everything I've posted, sometimes after a lot of work to bust the scammers, just for their greed.

Most people are just checking out their suspicions.

They are being wise.

A fool posts on the thread to ask if it's a scam AFTER it's been busted.

The OP is checking, the fool is just a fool.

Human nature is such that people post their query immediately, as that is the most important thing to them in the world at that point in time - naturally.

Very few people read the thread. They just see the heading "new scam". Or they pick up the company name in a search and then jump into the discussion. People rarely read anything other than responses to their own query because by joining the thread they then get notified of new posts.

Remember people are insecure, shock or disbelief about what is happening to them. So don't expect too much.

Just give people the benefit of the doubt as your punishment of them is really misguided and rather cruel.

Not cruel to those who ask with nothing to go on - no care about fools that can't be bothered to look at what's in front of them.
Some have even read these threads and send the cash anyway, then post it's a scam.
You can't educate pork.

Just try to be supportive of fellow members and their position perhaps, instead of plain Mr Nasty, Mr Know-It-All, Mr I-Told-You-So.

Fred it's human nature, greed trumps common sense and why scams work. Also laziness and I see this on a thing called quora where people ask easy to find answers and daft things like "was Hitler a Nazi?" Errrrr yes. I mean really?

Seriously, many people don't read the thread, just post a stupid question in the hope their personal greed will beat the obvious truth.

The OP asking is fine, and I try to answer once I've researched it. I realise others don't have the notable scam busting experience I've gained, but that hardly excuses pathetic fools asking idiotic questions on the same thread AFTER the scam is shown up.
That's greed, laziness, and stupidity, not asking a reasonable question.
