Hi , can anyone suggest most reliable and cheapest way to buy a used runaround car in Albania, via a family member in that country, would be only to last around 1 year , hoping any advice on a budget of max .€2000 , have searched online and other ways import etc just wondered any one know an alternative and main things to look out for in that local market. is vital and very important i do it A.S.A.P a week is most time i got

Where are you moving to? I know a guy in Shkodra that may be able to help but I would have to contact his brother to ask . He importas cars from Germany.
I would suggest that you rely on the contacts that you have there. Albanians are very supportive of their foriegn friends and will help I will warn you that Tirana is mental and congested for cars ....and try not to call it a car ....automobile or makina will be better
hopefully some real Albanians will come up with better advice
