Visit Visa Renewal Issue, Insurance not Showing up in CCHI

My father is with me in Khobar KSA at my sponsored 3 months Visit Visa, His visa is expiring by 04-July-19 after 3 days.
I paid extension fee of his visa, I tried all online Insurance companies for Insurance renewal but at every portal after inputting correct Visa number and Passport number , after searching it comes “ Visa details not found “
At last i went to Arabian Shield office near Khobar Corniche and asked them for medical insurance for extension of visit visa.They offered a high price policy of (640 SAR) for reason of my father’s age.I had no choice other than acceptance.I paid for it.They told it will be uploaded in CCHI after 1 hour. But whole day passed its not showing in CCHI.There in CCHI, still previous expired policy by an other company provided at Visa Stampede was showing.I contacted by emails to Arabian Shield customer care for the issue.They responded that i should check with ABSHAR and try to extend. I tried repeatedly but it failed with getting red message of
“ Sorry !! Visit Visa can not be extended , for further information , please contact the PP department.”

I got back to Arabian Shield customer care and informed about above failed attempt.They said this message is not related to insurance.But i insisted my point that renewed insurance is not showing up in CCHI.That could be the main issue of ABSHAR for such response.
They at last time in evening said to wait till tomorrow afternoon

If any body have/had suffered similar situation please guide to tackle or get rid

Hi,
I purchased the Alrajhi takaful insurance policy on 4 Feb 2022, but it has not been updated in the CCHI and My visit will be expired on 10 Feb 2022 I tried Soo many emails to alrajhi but I am not getting the result, could you please updated on this regards so that I can extend my visa.

I paid the insurance via Alrajhitakaful but the same is not updating in CCHI.

In Absher showing below error , when i try to extend.

Sorry, the medical insurance period does not cover the period after visa extension. To inquire about insurance , Please visit the Council of Cooperative Health Insurance’s website

How many days your VISA got it's extended before ? we can only extended for 270 days .

I am currently in the same situation!

The expiry date is fast approaching.

I came on Family Visit Visa and Tasheer office took insurance from AlRajhi Takaful. Now, my son-in-law applying for extension and for extension new insurance policy is required, but we cannot buy insurance because previous insurance has no data added on Council of Health Insurance (CHI).
