how long does it take for the RNE to be ready?

I am uncertain under the new laws as to timing. Back in 2013 it took 8 months and a lot of documents.
If you have a protocol #. There was a site to see status, or go PF and ask for status and to see if they may be waiting in something.  (Not known of advising you is something is needed.) All must be do at the PF.
