Renewal of saudi council, dataflow verification of local coe

Does anyone have a problem with dataflow asking for local experience certificate? I am about to renew my saudi council, but i was informed that upon doing dataflow, the dataflow is asking for certificate of experience from country of origin which i don't have because i was hired several years ago when they were still hiring nonexperienced nurses. Actually we have so many nurses here with the same problem because they are old nurses from yers ago who were able to work without the experience. I am already working for several years in ksa as nurse but currently they are now asking for this coe from my local country. What do i do?

Here i take exam eligibility and i pass the exam june First but till now didnt update my result in my mumaris plus account

Coz i just got an offer letter from them. Im just curious if whats the meaning of "position stamp" because they wrote it in numbers and i dont know what it means.thanks
