how many days before we should be in Singapore before ipa expires(spass)..please enclosed if any threads already available regarding dis one

The IPA is valid until the expiry date.
That is also clearly written on it.
Thus I am not sure what you are asking about.
Maybe you shoukld clarify with your employer when you should start work?

Sir actually my Ipa expires on Aug 15th..I LL reach Singapore on Aug 12th. Is it enough time for medical test ? Or I LL b before two weeks?

As I said, please coordinate with your employer whether they are able to complete all the formalities within just three days.
