Hi, wanted to know what is the minimum space or room requirement living in Frankfurt along with family. 2 kids aging 11 and 15. Which is mandate room or space.

There is no minimum requirement for living as a family.
It is up to you how much space you want - or can afford.

Edited to add: There is indeed a minimum space requirement, below which a flat is deemed unsuitable for the purpose (and thus the landlord is not allowed to rent it out to you under such circumstances). Unfortunately this minimum differs regionally - most places specify 9sqm/person (in some places kids below 6 years are counted with only 6sqm), some others 12sqm/person.
But this are regulations to prevent precarius situations for the poorest of the poor, which you hopefully do not count as!
