I applied directly through moe website. People are saying that applying directly is a waste of time is it correct or not?

Further I want to know that will I get interview call from moe directly or I have to apply through any agency? I am from pakistan there is no local agency here and I wanr my interview to be held in uae.

Please recommend any agencies from which I can apply

many recruitment agencies are there in uae & pakistan also. you can search for the same like 1. intelligent partners. 2. teach away 3. eteach 4. gulftalent 5. bayt .com 6. naukrigulf. please type recruitment agengies.

It is Nora wasting of time as long as you have other things doing but they will surely get back to you.

you will get a call for interview but its just for formality & waste of time I believe because they make interview here and hire the people from UK.
This is what my batch people experience.

You say interviews in uae isn't going to work for local applicants ?
Did you attend interview ?

Yes attended the interview & I passed but there is no calls from MOE
Seems its useless
