The first thing you will need is a visa that allows you to work in the Philippines. That information is readily available on the Philippines Bureau of Immigration and Philippines Embassy and Consulate websites.  I would suggest that as a starting point.

If you work in the Philippines without the appropriate visa, you could be arrested, blacklisted and deported. You decide if it's worth taking the risk.

You obviously have internet. Have you searched for job listings, have you looked at the thousands of hotel, resort and business listings readily available and contacted them?

What you are looking for can all be done on your own.  You can make a list of the type of businesses you contacted and send them your resume or inquiries regarding job vacancies.  Persistence and patience is needed and you must keep at it daily until you find the answers you are looking for.

No time like the present to get started.

Regards and good luck
