First driving attempt failure just for reverse parking

Hi All,

I just gave my driving test, the examiner tested me inside and outside of driving school. After coming back from outside to driving school he asked to do reverse parking and then asked me to take the car to test area parking and said that you need to practice just reverse parking while he mark a tick on both check-boxes "Outside T. Center and In the T. Center" on my driving book.

Now i contacted my instructor and asked for reverse parking practice hours and again booking for test date. Upon which he said you no need to book test again for reverse parking. When you finish reverse parking practice you just go to school and give the test for reverse parking.

Is he saying correct? Anybody faced a reverse parking failure situation in previous days?
