Boss no need agent.as per my experience you need below mention document then you can take Saudi license.

1)valid UAE driving licence original copy

2)Saudi Iqama

3)Photo 02nos

4) Medecial for blood test and eye.

Not- you have to create file from driving school they will tell you to pay fees for 10 years 400 sr.after that you have to take blood test and eye test from Medecial center 115 sr. When you will give money driving school for fess they will give you appointment for take driving licence. .

Hi

I got ,my Oman DL converted on 14-OCT-2023 from DALLAH driving school Sulai.

Please note,

The procedure to change Oman DL to Saudi DL is very simple but it will take some time (Approximately 1 month)

The time i mentioned 1 month coz you will get the appointment after 3 weeks or 4 weeks depending on the schedule which you will get once you apply online through Absher.

Please note the procedure is as follows:

1. You need to have valid Oman DL (Original) and you must have your Absher account in Saudi Arabia which you can create once you have Saudi IQAMA (ID CARD).
2. Once you apply online through Absher (follow any YouTube videos for applying through Absher for DL change)you will get the appointment usually after 4 weeks depends.(Please take print of Appointment Slip)
3. You have to do Medical test (Blood test & Eye test) from approved medical center. Please note most of the medical centers are approved and the test results will be submitted Online. (usually charge 90 TO 100 SAR for Medical). Also keep in mind to do the medical test one day before your appointment.
4. After medical is done, take your report from medical center just for your record. You don't need to submit the report at DALLAH coz everything is online.
5. Pay the License conversion fee one day before appointment or the same day through SADAD payment or ABSHER. I converted my license to 10 years validity so it cost me 400 SAR (Also you can get it less validity with less rate)
6. After you pay your fees online go to DALLAH on your schedule time or a hour before
7. Take a token and then submit Appointment slip, Original Oman DL & Original Iqama.
8. They will print DL in 5 minutes.
9. Take your Iqama back and New original Saudi license. (Unfortunately they will keep Oman DL with them)
