In short to answer, nobody can tell you whether your pass will be approved or rejected. We have a thread at top talks about the yardsticks applied at MoM while approving work pass. Please go through it. Good luck

Please let me know how much your salary

Your salary should be matched with the employer’s job ad in various channels including at job bank, any deviation to that, can lead suspicious. Secondly, your current offered salary and last drawing salary in Singapore should not be a huge gap, that might be an issue which is why MoM rejected the pass. Any appeal at MoM, make sure your employer must have addressed the reason for rejection earlier.  Good luck
