EP pending for 1 month+

My EP is taking longer than expected which is worrying me so thought I'd share here for some helpful input...

Application date: 6 September
They requested for my CV as well on 10 September but since then it's still been Pending. This is for a role in tech.

I've heard that there is a slowdown in general due to the coming elections and being peak season in general, but how true is this?

Should I be concerned at all?

Each application has its own merit. Hence, MoM takes its own time to evaluate and provide its outcome.

There are instances application gets approved in one week but there are occasions, it takes several months. Have patience. Good luck

From your knowledge you've accumulated over the years, does it seem that the length of time to approval correlates at all with the quality of the application, or likelihood of rejection/approval?

Can you please tell me whether the status changes on enquiry site of roads after rejection...if so what does it change to? Also did ur appeal take over 6weeks or the entire process of visa?
