Tailor/Seamstress advice

Hi everyone,

I'm new to the website and to Oslo and I have a bridesmaid's dress that needs to be altered. I went in to one person and was quoted 1800 kroner just to take it in and do the hem. This was way more than I had anticipated; but, then again, things tend to cost more here than I think, haha. Does anyone know if this is a reasonable price? Does anyone know a tailor or seamstress that they would recommend?

Thanks for your help!

I used this woman to alter my wedding dress and make some upholstered cushions for our home. She's fast, professional, super nice, and a great price

Thank you so much for your response!!! She hadn't come up in my previous searches, but she did an incredible job on my dress and super quick for an incredible price! I will definitely be using her again in the future. I am so happy I found her! If there are others reading this that are looking for alterations of any kind, I would highly recommend her  :D:heart:
