Education for 4 years old child - Romanian Nationality

Hello everyone,
My name is Remus, and i moved to Bahrain 3 weeks ago. In January, my family will join as well and i am looking already for an education institute that can accept my son. He knows words in English, like colors, animals, fruits, numbers. But he never speak English in Romania.
Currently i am living in Juffair, and unfortunately i already signed a rent contract for one year period.
What do you recommend?
- public school?
- private school?
- home teacher?

For expats, the best option is obviously private school. I would suggest to post on Mums in Bahrain Facebook as they have a lot of discussions on similar topics - for advice.
