Student Pass

Post new topic

Seb2019

Hi All, my baby student pass got rejected two times and decided to go with appeal this time as last time didn’t appealed instead of changed the school. He is 15th month only and our salary doesn’t meet the 6K criteria. Regarding the appeal anyone can guide us with appeal formalities and sample letter which would be greatly appreciated.

Chances are very unlikely that your appeal will do work. Cause both the occasions, it got rejected as your salary didn’t meet the minimum salary range.

On appeal, you can send a letter to their email or visit the office (no need to take a prior appoint). If you have Singpass account, you can appeal online, but as I said an appeal should be the addressing point towards the reason for rejection. If rejection was due to salary front, then unless until it doesn’t meet the minimum requirements, then the officer won’t consider. But, there is nothing wrong to give a try. Good luck

Student passes for small babies are rare and difficult to get.
If it is obvious that you are only applying to avoid the salary requirement of a DP/LTVP, it will be rejected.
