Looking for a Modern Serviced Apartment

Hello!

I'm looking to relocate somewhere closer to Tonle Bassac (maximum 20 minutes distance). Currently living in Toul Kork. Ideally a modern serviced apartment with 01 or 02 bedrooms (not studio apartments). We are looking at a spacious kitchen, living room, bathroom, WiFi and cleaning. Fully furnished.If they have a swimming pool and a gym that would be wonderful.

The budget for a one-bedroom is a maximum of 550$.

Am I being asking for too much? Does the perfect apartment exist?
