Ongoing Fraud of Flat/Room/Studio without attested tawtheeq in UAE

I just want to share and guide everyone of you about subjected issue. Whenever you are searching for Room/Studio/Flat or Apartment then please do not pay one payment or yearly payment or even 6 month payment in one go. Ask for Official Tawtheeq and get it done first and then start paying.

There is big fraud ongoing in UAE, these peoples are in a group of different nationalities to trap peoples, they are offering cheap studios and rooms but with one or two payments for year by cash or bank checks.
They are taking Building on short terms and then doing this frauds and then running away. They are only giving tenancy contract which is not a official document and police and Court is not accepting it for legal use.

Always ask them Tawtheeq (attested by Municipality) and also take their whole building Tawtheeq as well & Emirates i.d copy also. Pay rent by Checks with each relevant month dates.

Police and Court is not taking action because sharing a villa or studio is illegal and this is why these Scammer Landlords are not giving Tawtheeq and easily doing this frauds.

Do not take Room/Studio/Flat or Apartment from Facebook and online platforms, always go to property agencies for fair and legal property and trusted landlords.
