Two-tier pricing in Grab app

Post new topic

I was in KL early this year. I used Grab a lot. I don't remember it offering two prices for a journey. Here in Thailand, it offers a discounted rate if you use Grab Wallet, which works via a card/account at a Thai bank. The discount is substantial. It is not available to foreigners on the basis of them not having an ID card that starts with 1 (in other words, Thai national). My queries: 1. Please confirm the situation in Malaysia. 2. If this were you, and you wanted to complain about it/bring about a change, would you contact Grab in Thailand or its base in Malaysia?

1. No idea.

2. I think you may be wasting your time. I don't think you will bring about any changes and it would probably stress you out.

1. There is no two tier pricing with Grab in Malaysia.

2. I don't know.
