Marriage to South African partner

Hi! I am an US citizen and would like to come to South Africa to marry my partner who is a South African citizen and is currently living there. I plan to stay on the visa for 90 days... is it possible to get married on this visa? Or should I apply for an esta visa extension. What paperwork is needed and which home affairs office should we go to? Thanks!

Hey dear? What kind of wedding are you going for? If its a court wedding.. Your partner needs to go and book at any nearest immigration office or court for an interview. You need an impediment letter from your country (home affairs) which is stating that you were never married before. If you are a divorcee, a copy of your divorce certificate.
