Revenus from renting my residence

Hi everyone, I'm looking into investing in a rental property and I was wondering how the imposition factors into my earnings. I don't expect to be renting out my vacationnal home all year long but when I'm not going to be using it, it would be nice to make a little income. Can someone tell me what % I need to declare on the income taxes there. I'm a Canadian citizen so I don't know if that changes anything.
