Saudi Council of Engineer membership valid yakheen & Jawazat X

What is your Bachelor of Science degree in engineering? i.e. chemical, electrical, civil, mechanical, etc.

Base on your statement, your request to become member of SCE has been approved, however not yet final, your application will undergo a series of data flow verification, assessment, until you are fully accepted as member.

The process normally takes more than a month. In case you haven’t heard from them, you can call their unified number 920020820 to follow-up your application.

It is civil engineering, but I can be able to print the certificate and it’s also showing “valid membership”. Before updating to my new Iqama both the ticks were green, both yakeen & Jawazat were green ticks, does this mean it will be validated in sometime.

hi everyone.
By mistake I have registered in sce as diploma and uploaded my intermediate certificates. and paid the fee 500. Sce is asking me to upload diploma certificates. How do I cancel my registration as I want to register again as without diploma.

Call Saudi Council of Engineers unified number 920020820 and inform them your intent to cancel your SCE profile,

brother how long it take for your x marks yakeen and jawasat get green ?

Guys, if my Jawazat updated and Yaqeen are Green and membership type is changed to Engineer (but Valid). would this be an issue if I try to renew my Iqama (under profession technician)?

Answer is NO. Inform your HR/GRO without delay to renew your iqama in due course since your SCE membership is valid, your Jawazat is updated, and yaqeen is green (verified).

My situation is same..

My degree is civil engineer and I went on final.exit and came back on new visa and got iqama for 1 year .

So I updated my saudi council to new iqama

Details of iqama updated as iqama I'd,  expiry only.

After the pay of 100sar

But yaqeen and jawazat didn't updated as green its in red

When I try to update jazawat it's show that your iqama is not engineering..

As I received a visa based on bachelor civil degree only as environmental specialist..

Please guide , I have registered at SCE website with passport as VFS asked me to register in SCE to get work permit.

I submitted all docs attested one, now it is showing "Datflow" and membership type : Engineer

I have Uploaded all the documents in SCE and paid 500SAR Yesterday. Today morning I got message to pay 250for membership.  after paying 250 I got another message. Here I pasted.

The Membership number ******?has been issued,?and is valid until - 4/24/2025 .Your application is now at the stage of verification of credentials, it takes 30 working days. You can print the membership card and certificate only after the notice (SMS) on completion of the verification. 

I want to know I will get the Membership?

and it will take 5 days. no message yet today to pay 250riyals for membership.

You are lucky SCE message you the the next day after you pay 500.

I have uploaded my Degree documents in my SCE Profiile and paid the degree verification on April 14 2024. I received a message of 5 working days. But until now I didn't received any message.

I send a ticket through Optimimum Verification and ask how long it will take , they responded of 30 working days for degree verification.

There was also a mistake I have done during uploading my documents i have missed to attached my Apostilled File instead I have uploaded my degree university only.

I also send a ticket on it , they responded that the ticket is closed. I thought it will be attached in my profile but not.

Please kindly advise

The correct degree certificate to attached should be the document ATTESTED from Saudi embassy in Philippines. I supposed the apostilled degree certificate has attestation together with academic transcript of records (TOR). Nonetheless, all you can do now is to wait for Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) email notification to rectify the deficiency of documents you uploaded during membership registration.

I have checked my application  status in Optimum Verification and the result of status is closed.

May I ask if it means that my documents is already settled.

And if it is okay now, what will  be the next process.

How to raise a ticket. My SCE profile doesn't show option to raise a ticket. In my case it's been more than 50 days since my registration 500 SAR payment. No update. What to do?

Ticket can be raise at Optimum Verification which you will received upon payment of Verification fee of 500 Sar.

Because there are no changes in my profile till now either notification from SCE I didn't receive anything yet.

How long it will take to client to respond after Optimum Verification submit its report.

Finally got a notification from SCE, iam able to print the issued introduction letter, but there's no option for printing the card and certificate.

My yaqeen and Jawazat are still in red X, it might be change only once I get there in Saudi Arabia.

It took 3 days before SCE responded after submission   from Optimum Verification, wait for sometime.

I raise once again to Optimum verification regarding that and they replied that once your status is closed it means your Verification is successful.

SCE will send an email to you for payment after acceptance from them.

Since you are SCE verified, did u apply & get your entry visa? Or have u applied for entry visa even before SCE got approved or yet to apply for visa?

Button to print the membership certificate and the card will appear in the dashboard of your SCE account after completing the registration and verification process, and until you are fully accepted as member of Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE).

I usually open my account through Google but when I download the SCE App in my Mobile, It was available there.

Click this link of --> Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) website.  And then under e-services, click online forms. There you can download a form titled "Name Change Endorsement", fill-it out, signed-off, and then email it back to SCE.

May I ask if the certificate from SCE usually don't have name written on it if you registered from abroad or there is something I have to raise to SCE regarding the certificate that I received.

Discuss with your company's HR/GRO and make a request to change your iqama profession from non-Engineer Technician to Engineer's Visa. They can process the change of profession thru Qiwa portal.

Problem may arise in case your Visa in iqama is Technician, and you are actually working as Mechanical Engineer within your company. As per Article 38 of Saudi Labor Law, stipulates that "a worker is prohibited from engaging in a profession other than the one specified in his work permit". Meaning, iqama is Technician, work as Tecnician. But if your iqama is Tecnician, then working as Mechanical Engineer, that is an issue.
