my husband has got a job in malta and his visa is under processing. he will reach malta by march and start working there. i am 1 month pregnant now. can i deliver the baby in malta if i reach malta in tourist visa? and will my baby get child benefits from malta?

Looking at it I think it refers to EU citizens

Seems one parent has to be EU citizen. But it's not clear the document says one has to be but then also has a section on TCNs. Suggest you call them.
