Hi Everyone,
I am relocating to Philippines . I want to start a small scale business in Philippines .
I would highly appreciate if members would suggest few profitable business ideas which can be started in Philippines.
I am open to to any profitable business idea with the local partners, which can be discussed with open mind.

as a foreigner, you can invest in Condominium and it will be registered under your name; what you need and this is very important a property manager whom you can trust.

Thats a tough question. People I know have built high end apartments. The ROI is wickedly low...It all depends on the costs you have and the availability of reliable long term tennants.  Land, building costs varies all over the country.

Don't come to the Philippines and expect to get rich in business.

Cambodia has a GDP per capita of $4,000, while in Philippines, the GDP per capita is $8,300.

If you are looking for a relatively inexpensive place to retire, consider Cambodia. The cost of living in Cambodia is very low, making it an attractive place to retire. Basic necessities such as food and housing are readily available at low cost.
