have anyone submitted his file to MM2H without agent?

I used an agent for the initial application but for adding my children to my MM2H I did myself as that process was easy and definitely not worth the RM2,500 (later dropped to RM2,000) that the agent was asking. However, that was some time ago and the process and requirements change quite often.

I applied for MM2H  through the agent & officially the application has been received dated 30.12.2019. I got the copy of letter from MM2H office. but it's not showing yet online. Then i wrote email to mm2h dept.  for the status & they replied me that status is received for verification. Although not showing online status till now. can anybody inform me that how long it takes time? if not showing at all in future, then shall I again contact mm2h dept? when should i contact then? kindly if any one can reply. Thanks.

If you are using an agent then why not just ask the agent? The agent should be the one who knows the answers and should have a pipeline into the MM2H Department to know what is going on. Agents charge a lot and should be able to tell you everything you know, as did my first agent.
