If it's a visa renewal it will be approved.

did the doctor told you how did you get rid of your HBsAg ?
Concern, I wish I had an answer. No, doctor did not say, just said I was HBsAg negative, not carrier. I do feel very, very fortunate - praying all of you get what you need to be able to stay/work from the new law.
Hi Everyone,
I called this morning to Preventive Medicine Departments in Al Baraha Hospital. The doctor confirmed that they have received the new law and the people with Hepatitis B +ive, will not be deported; except the 6 Categories mentioned in the news papers.
But, the implementation of this rule is not yet done. This will be done by the end of August or start of september since it will be announced in the official MOH gazzette.
We should not be get confused now. The doctor was also happy for this new rule.
Wish best of luck to all.. Happy Ramadan.

for how many years was ur HBV+? u so lucky its negative now..
Ope, 33 years ago I had HepB, very sick in the hospital and at home. After I recovered, I just lived my life like normal - married, 3 children. I never really thought about it until now, looking at a job in the UAE. I did not want to get all the way over and find out they would send me home so I took the test here, in the USA, just to see. I feel more and more humble after reading everything that you all are going through. Thank you so much for answering my question.
In'shAllah you will get the answers you want.

Hi OPe
I will like to say that God has a reason for everything how you got this you dont know and many of us we cant explain it but let us face it encouraging more research to find the complete cure coz if there is a vaccine for prevention then for curing it mast be found is only that most medical researchers are concentrating with Aids, Good luck OPE and dont give up God is with us and let us keep knocking and the door will be opened for us once again.
i think i have to leave DUBAI in September now, i don't know if there is some possible i can stay, but my sponsor is going to cancel my visa next week, i just sent a mail to him about the news from yasee, and i don't when the Sharjah's clinic will implement this law.

Virus C no need to test
ope wrote:HIV STDs HVB TB these are the 4 what i saw on my one,, no HVC
if in worst case that you have to leave, also you can come back again because it is no deport any more for HBV. it is better than before, so you can do other works.

Hi Asi,
first of all u should have told ur gyno from the word go u have HBV, and there is no problem to give bath there, how come they didnt check for HBV during preg, that hospital is a strange one coz Hbv is a normal check for all preg women ,,,u have to tell them u have it inorder for them to protect ur baby at birth,,,dont be scared for the sake of ur new born...
Asi,
why dont you do to a private hospital and ask for a vaccine to protect your child from your hep.b, the doctor knows what to do.

As long as you are a legal resident, there is no issue. As part of admission to any hospital you will be asked to provide proof of health insurance and residence permit. The fact that you are HBV carrier is irrelevant if you have a valid residence permit.
To protect new born child from HBV+ if the mother is HBV+ there is one vaccine that will be given to child after born within few hours that only will be suggest by any child specialist .I did this for all my three daughters becoz my wife was hbv+.

My company told me that they dont put on ban on me and my friend from immigration told me the same thing.. I am currently in my home country and wanted to come back after RAMADAN.. Guys i need your help on this matter. Is there someone who had the same experience as me. I had my medical check up last January2010 and was sent home last 14FEB2010... Please try to give me ideas. Thank you so much in advance my brothers and sisters in this forum. I just went to church and pray all of you guys! We are like family here. May GOD bless us all.

That is correct. I did that for my children, one daughter and one son within 24 hours after they were born. I am a hep B carrier.
eywa30 ban vary case to case , as far your case concern I dont think so there is any ban if it was then you have already completed 6 month time duration so you can come back and there will be no ban on you.
