OFFER LETTER FOR DEGREE ATTESTATION

I am currently in process of my B.com Degree attestation for transferring my eqama, I am working as an accountant with a construction company under my father's Sponsorship Iqama, For transferring my sponsorship to the company as an Accountant, I needed by Degree to be Attested from SACA and saudi embassy as per usual,
However the documents required by the agent in my home country included an offer letter attested by COC & MOFA, When I proceeded with my offer letter attested by COC to the MOFA office, They blatantly refused to stamp it as I was under my father's sponsorship and have no permit for Job. I can't understand the fact that you need an attested degree for changing your Iqama and also for getting your degree attested, You need it with the same profession and sponsor! Is there anyone who can help me with a way out and guide me through the process? Can it be done without MOFA seal on the offer letter? or Can I transfer to my sponsor without the attested degree as an accountant? I don't want to transfer into labour profession and then later change it which is more of a headache.
