Can Dependents Work in Belgium?

Hi, I've joined my spouse as a dependent on his long-term assignment. He has a valid work permit. Can anyone confirm if I can work in Belgium on his work permit?

For new ID-cards, issued since last year, this should be stated on the card (please check your).

Please check at the back side of your resident card.
If it's Arbeidsmarkt : onbeperkt, you can work !
