Hi, Bruno,

With the country on shutdown and Ceará one of the hotspots for covid-19, it's going to be hard finding anyone there to socialize with.  I hope that you're somewhere where you can stay safe.

The email address of the US Consular Agency in Fortaleza is FortalezaACS@state.gov.  After the emergency ends, they may have some idea where expats hang out in town.

It will be a while since Fortaleza is hit hard by COVID-19. Someone might see your post and contact you.
