Final exit without ESB, need file case against Employer

Hi everybody,
I would appreciate if someone can please guide me on my issue.

I worked for a LLC company for 15 years and i forced to go on final exit (due to iqama professional issue). company make me final exit on January but they didn't not release the final settlement yet (end of service benefits).
shall I approach to the labor court, If I file a case against the employer they will issue the judgment early or it will take time.
