Where in Kuala Lumpur can exchange the Polish money

I used the linked place as they gave me a good rate Rupiah to Ringgit. I can't comment as to other currencies so shop around.

Most of the money changers in KL are pretty honest and give relatively good rates although some may give slightly better than others. You can find them in most shopping malls and often in the basement. As I said there is rarely any funny business with the money changers in KL and the rates usually decent and not much difference between the various outlets. A really good one is in the basement of Mid-Valley Megamall and every day there are long queues so you know they are good and honest.

I also used to exchange money in the basement of Bangsar Village I. Here if you are exchanging a lot of currency then you might be able to negotiate the rate a little. I have done that with Indonesian Rupiah and Japanese Yen.

As for whether they will exchange Polish currency I have no idea at all. In general less popular currencies command less good rates The websites below show the money changers in several shopping malls and also along Jalan Bukit Bintang with their telephone numbers so you could just give them a call to check if they can exchange Polish currency and the rates they offer.

You can also see that many of the money changers belong to the same company which is why the rates don't vary too much.
