Hello Ashwin,

I have two questions , may be you can help me in this case.

see, I am working in Belgium as java programmer since 27/04/2021 uninterrupted, but there are two cases that happened with me.

1 -  on one occasion my address was removed but i restored my address in the same apartment after 3 months, i wasn't removed from foreigners registers or card wasn't cancelled

2 - My first residence card which was issued for 3 years was to be expired on 31/05/2024 , but my company applied for me just one month before which resulted in my work permit approval on 03/05/2023 (on time) but work part on 13/06/2023 (13 days later)

do you think anyone or both of these have cause an interruption in my stay ? However my job , salaries and taxes etc. are uninterrupted.

Regards,

Farid

Hi Farid. I had similar situations to the one you experience. I am a belgian national now.

Make sire that the application is done way in advance before the expiration date and you should be ok.

@peterjohn1104

well , after my company applied for my work permit renewal, they sent two letters , first letter was like right to work and second letter was like right to residence

@Rd Devils hooray

you mean they forgive this technical mistake ?

Rd Devils hooray
