As you probably already know, Indonesia has some very tough laws regarding illegal drug use.  This regulation you mention is intended to help prevent illegal drugs coming in disguised as prescription medications.

As long as your prescriptions have been filled by a licensed pharmacist in the states, you will have no problems.  However, for more peace of mind, you may want to have your physician prepare a “to whom it concerns” letter outlining the prescriptions he or she has ordered for you.

you are too kind thank you for your response. We are going to try to stay 6 months, as I read you can stay 6 months with a visa so I will try to have my meds prescribed for 6 months . I take heart medication and migrane that I must have.  I dont want my health issues to hinder my dreams of travelling.  Thank you for your time.
