Hi All,
I am an Indian national residing in Dubai for last 22 years, I would like to re locate to Sri lanka and i am professional with more than 25 years of experience working in corporate. I want to stay closer to Southern Part of India where i hail from. I am open to take up some jobs in lanka for my living. Please to have your advise.

ikman.lk is also good to find accommodation, vehicles and other essential stuffs like that.
Since you are an experienced Indian why not send a CV to Maharaja, one of the biggest companies in SL which also is Indian owned https://www.capitalmaharaja.com/business-sectors.html
And also French are into invest in tourism in northern SL so perhaps it is better to do some research. Good luck!

I'm a Sri Lankan living abroad. Just randomly saw your post.
Here is my honest opinion about finding jobs. Most of the companies hiring locals because not all the companies can help to secure work visa. And high unemployment rate make it easier to find a person for a lower salary. If its so good, why should I left country. Also, only BOI listed companies can do that because they are either foreign investments or joint investments with foreign companies. If you are trying to land a job in Sri Lanka, chances are rather slim. Most of the foreign workers working in hotel industry which is in nose dive these days.
Some foreigners have invested their own money on hotels and living there. This might be an option. But, be careful before jumping to conclusions.
