EXTENSION of visit in the Philippines

Anyone else having issues trying to extend your visit in the Phils lol they keep saying use the website but it doesn't work !!! plus they don't answer the phones to get help wtf...

Yup! It's not really scheduled to happen until quarantine is over! There are some skeleton crews on field offices but also limiting visa ext. to 30 a day! ECC must be done at Main office only and traveling to main office for ECC is considered Essential travel by BOI and i have that in print from live chat with BI official!

Good morning. Yes, if you are a departing passenger and in need to process ECC, that should be considered as essential travel.
