Regarding Transfering my sponsorship

Your ID supposed to be valid first to do this transaction not while being expired

Is there any way I can transfer my sponsorship under these circumstance ??
what should i do or my new company should do to get the tanazul done.

Well, as per your current sponsor commercial docs. are expired you can register in online services of Labor office as individual and then you can submit a request for sponsorship transfer without sponsor approval and write your justifications.

This is the only way I can recommend in your case.

my tanazul is accepted. but when they open muqeem, they cannot find me, iqama is expired. what to do now, i have 2000sr still in absher as tanazul fee. if my new company need to renew my iqama i've to be in their muqeem. but not showing in their muqeem. what to do now.

When this transaction done?

after tanazul got accepted, they deposited 2000sr in absher. now when they open muqeem it shows visit makthab al amal before September 5. but our muaqib is sick. and he cant go maktahab al amal.
company is planning to send a saudi guy with letter stamped and signed  from new kafeel. will it help.?

To labor office they will accept docs from owner or authorized person only.
Also what the reason for the visit to labor office?
