hello everyone, my name is niccolò, I am looking for a job, I am Italian, but I would like to move to a place where there is work, where pensioners are on the beach and not cleaning the floors of the floor with the risk of getting you  evil and where there is less delinquency.  as for Singapore, they have always spoken well to me, out of curiosity I would like to live there, a little out of affinity with Buddhism, a little bit of the independence and commitment that the locals put into building what Singapore is today.  a beautiful city.  as for me, I am at the beginning of work and I would like to experience abroad, the idea of living on the other side of the world I like and would make me come true.  I would like to find people who have the same goals as me to share information with each other on the spot.  I hope you enjoy this presentation of me.  I give you a warm greeting, good research and good exploration.

Hi Nccolo, welcome to the forum!
I am afraid I have to correct some wrong impression of Singapore:

- With the economic crisis coming, there are less and less jobs availabe for foreigners. You need specific skills that are in high demand to have a chance.
- Singapore has no pension system. Therefore you can often see old people (i.e. those who did not save enough during their younger years) working in menial positions to earn their living. Cleaning floors is one of the common jobs they do. If you don't like this, better stay in Europe!
- Buddhism is not a major influence in the Singapore society. Most people are not religious, with the exception of the Christian and Muslim minorites (respectively 20% and 15% of the population). As in almost all aspects of Singapore, there is a very rich diversity here, too.

Hi Beppi, I wanted to tell you that since I'm new to the forum, I thought I'd make a joke to break the ice, taken from my real everyday experience, as far as retirees are concerned that I have nothing against them, indeed I have experience in  healthcare sector in nursing homes and I am very fond of them.  The example was taken by my neighbor who, by now retired, washes the floors every morning on our floor with the risk of falling.  Speaking of cleaner, I am looking for that job there, I would like to find an agency or a team of employees in that sector looking for foreign staff, do you know someone or do you have knowledge in the cleaning sector?

Singapore is the top location in Asia for expats to live. I don't think it will be easy to find that kind of job there especially as your profile shows that you are an Italian. Singapore is also considerably more expensive to live than most other countries in Asia. Places like Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Cambodia etc might be better suited. Are you actually a Caucasian because I believe that if you are then finding such a job in Asia could be very difficult. It might be better to try for something in a different field.

Sorry, but cleaners and other low-skilled, menial professions can only come from a number of source countries, all of them in Asia. In addition, they earn so little that I very much doubt a European would work under such conditions. (A typical pay is below S$1000/month, plus compulsory accommodation in shared dorms.)
Other foreigners need a university degree or technical certificate to be allowed to work in Singapore - read about the classes of work passes and their requirements!
